Founded by builder John Stoltzfus, Emberidge bridges traditional master carpentry with modern thermal efficiency. John treats every build as a permanent home, rejecting flimsy materials and superficial shortcuts in favor of heavy-gauge steel trailers and precision joinery.
By managing every frame personally in our workshop, John ensures that compact living never compromises structural durability, continuous insulation, or long-term weather tightness.
The 6-stage NOAH inspection process
Chassis & Foundation Tie-Downs
Precision Framing & Sheathing
Electrical, Plumbing & Insulation
Final Seal & Digital Certification
Stage 1 verification confirms heavy-gauge trailer frame attachments, axle weight ratings, and structural floor anchoring before subfloor assembly begins.
Stage 2 and 3 inspections audit 2x4 wall studs, roof trusses, shear wall bracing, and exterior weather barrier installation for wind load resistance.
Stage 4 and 5 checks cover rough-in wiring, pressure-tested plumbing lines, and continuous spray-foam thermal insulation within every cavity.
Stage 6 final audit confirms window flashing, metal roof seams, egress clearances, and official NOAH digital seal issuance for national housing validity.
We do not cover up framing shortcuts with drywall—every seam is measured, sealed, and verified before walls close.
Affordable housing demands absolute structural integrity. We build permanent tiny homes engineered for decades of energy-efficient living.
